Shabu-shabu - this funny name reminds of the way of cooking. You cook the finest pieces of selected beef and pork yourself: you dip them with chopsticks into the water that boils in front of you in a pot, and "rinse" the meat for just a few seconds: "sya-i-i-bul, sy-i-i-bul" ... Then you eat the meat by dipping it in different types of sauce. Sesame sauce or citrus-flavored soy sauce is most commonly served.
