200 g of hard cheese (Russian)
150 g soft cream cheese (Almette)
2 cloves of garlic
0.5 tsp turmeric
For decor:
1 small carrot
A few peas of black pepper
10-12 pieces of biscuit cracker

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Separate a third of the grated cheese. We will roll cheese balls in it. Add soft cheese to most of the cheese. Squeeze the garlic into the cheese through a press, add turmeric. Stir the mass.
Form the curd into balls. Dip them in grated cheese that you have set aside. Make a scallop, beak and legs from the carrots. There will be eyes from black pepper. Place the chickens on a cracker. Place the appetizer on a serving platter and decorate with parsley sprigs.
