The salad is based on the Shabu-Shabu meat salad. The special technology of cooking meat and fresh tomatoes have remained unchanged, but the sauce for sure will be different for every cook. This recipe uses only lemon juice and the Arabian Marrakech spice mix. For pickling, you can take lime juice, fish sauce, balsamic vinegar. Spicy ingredients can also be added to your taste.
To prepare this salad, marinate the meat and onions in the morning, and in the evening, just combine this blank with fresh tomatoes.
To prepare this dish you will need: 300 gr. veal (pulp), 180 gr. onions, 1 lemon, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 15 grams of garlic.
Preparation: Rinse a piece of veal, dry it and place it in the freezer. It is necessary to freeze the meat exactly until it is slightly hardened, but you can still cut it into thin slices. While the meat is freezing, you need to prepare the onion - cut it into thin half rings, place in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, lightly shake your hands. Finely chop the garlic, heat in vegetable oil. Add the garlic and butter to the onion. Also place the zest and lemon juice in a bowl. Season to taste. Mix. Cut the frozen meat into thin slices. Dip each slice in a large amount of boiling water for 10-15 seconds, boiling should not stop. Remove the boiled pieces with a slotted spoon in a separate bowl. Then all the pieces of veal must be combined with pickled onions. Leave in the refrigerator for a while, covering the bowl with cling film. Before serving, lay the pieces of meat in layers with onions and thin slices of fresh tomatoes on a "pillow" of lettuce leaves.
