Hibiscus grows in different countries and is also used all over the world, each country has its own special attitude to this flower.

In the Philippines, hibiscus is used as an appetite stimulant. To do this, use the root of the plant, with a very bitter taste, it is cleaned, fried and ground.

In Burma, hibiscus is considered a powerful aphrodisiac, magical properties are attributed to it.

In Guinea, the Sudanese rose is considered a sedative that, in addition to its main action, has the ability to treat gastrointestinal disorders.

In Angola, hibiscus is applied to wounds, it is credited with disinfecting, antibacterial and healing properties. Initially, a thick and dense juice was extracted from the leaves of the plant.

In India, hibiscus is added to pudding, curry, jelly, sorbet and syrups. And the petals are soaked and added to salads, it enriches the taste of vegetables, gives them a piquant sour taste.
