The salad is laid out immediately on a dish or in a salad bowl in layers.
1 - layer - fried pork cut into strips - 200 gr.;
2 - layer - smoked chicken, also finely chopped - 200 gr.;
3 - layer - ham cut into strips - 200 gr .;
4 - layer - eggs, grated on a coarse grater - 2-3 pcs.;
5 - layer - chopped pickled cucumbers - 2-3 pcs .;
6 - layer - cut the onion and pour over it with boiling water so that the bitterness goes away - 1-2 pcs.;
7 - layer - grated cheese on a coarse grater - 200 gr .;
8 - layer - Korean carrots (you can make yourself, or buy ready-made) - 150-200 gr.
We coat all layers with mayonnaise, but a little. The salad is already very high in calories. Bon Appetit!
