Bright and colorful paintings by Andrei Lyakh, in which the riot of southern nature and the gravity of the Cossack life, in which joy and tears, love and war are so closely intertwined.
The author is a hereditary Cossack from the village of Umanskaya in the Kuban.
Maybe his paintings will seem somewhat primitive, but how much mood, bright joy, beauty of simple human life are in them.
The plots are completely not far-fetched - it was so, it is so and I want to hope that it will be so.
