Delicious and tender biscuits with a crispy crust.
Required: butter - 60 g; egg - 1 pc; sugar - 30 g; one small packet of vanilla sugar; flour - 150 g; baking powder - 1 tsp; pine nuts - 2 tbsp spoons; cognac - 1 tablespoon; sweet corn flakes - 1.5 cups
Preparation:
Grind soft butter with sugar and vanilla. Add egg and cognac, beat well with a fork. Add flour mixed with baking powder and salt. Mix well. Add pine nuts to the dough.
Grind the corn flakes in a blender.
With the help of a teaspoon, take the dough and roll it in corn chips (you get 17-18 balls).
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 20 minutes.
