For 12 pieces you will need: 100 g of butter; 50 g sugar; juice and zest of 1/2 lemon; 200 g flour; a pinch of salt; pinch of baking powder
In addition: icing sugar (ready-made) - 150 g; halves of canned apricots - 12 pcs
Preparation:
Grind the butter with sugar, add the egg. Pour in lemon juice, add zest and stir again.
Add flour mixed with salt and baking powder. Mix well.
Divide the dough into 12 parts and spread out, leveling, into muffin molds with a diameter of at least 8 cm.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 18 minutes.
Cover the cooled cookies with a thin layer of white sugar glaze, place the halves of canned apricot in the center.
