Cookies "Poppy hearts"

1 egg,
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup granulated sugar
2 pinches of sea salt
360 g butter
150 soft cream cheese,
200 g pitted prunes,
1 bag of vanilla sugar
3 -3.5 cups wheat flour
2 tablespoons of poppy seeds (for garnish)
baking paper (3 sheets)
COOKING:
1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance, so that it is very soft - grind the butter with sugar and vanilla.
2. Add soft cream cheese, egg and salt to butter and sugar mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. Gradually add flour and baking soda. The dough should be very soft and not sticky to your hands.
4. Stir the chopped prunes with the dough. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
5. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Make cookies large enough. First form a ball, and then a washer. Make an impression using silicone seal. Pour poppy seeds into the heart with a thin wooden spatula. Bake for 15-16 minutes.
