NECESSARY: butter - 180 g (pack)
classic chocolate - 2 bars
sugar - 300 g
eggs - 6 pcs.
flour - 250 g
vanillin - to taste
baking powder - 3 tsp
salt - 0.5 tsp
cottage cheese - 350 g
COOKING:
Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.
Beat 4 eggs and a glass of sugar, add salt and flour mixed with baking powder. Add the cooled chocolate mass there.
To make a light dough: beat the cottage cheese with 1/2 cup sugar, plus 2 eggs and vanillin.
Pour half of the chocolate mass into a mold and smooth. Then lay out the light curd mass as fantasy tells. The pattern will be different every time.
Bake at 140-150 degrees for about 55 minutes.
