Oil
Oil is the collective name for a number of chemicals or mixtures of substances that do not dissolve in water. Oils of biological origin are divided into: vegetable oils - products extracted from plant materials; animal fat - natural fats extracted from connective tissues (adipose and bone), as well as milk and eggs, vertebrates (mammals, birds, some reptiles, fish). Lard, lard - fat melted from lard; butter (from milk) - a food product made by separating or whipping cream obtained from cow's milk, less often from the milk of other large and small ruminants. And essential oils are the volatile aromatic substances of plants that determine their smell.
