Obukhovsky Yuri
Artist Yuri Anatolyevich Obukhovsky (Obuhovskiy Yuriy) was born in Perm in 1965. In 1987 he graduated from the painting department of the Penza Art School named after K.A. Savitsky, now lives and works in Moscow. Yuri Obukhovsky paints stunning landscapes in the style of "romantic realism". Streams of sunlight literally pour from his canvases, there is so much light, bright colors, joy in them. Particularly good are its southern landscapes with sunlit water spaces, blooming gardens, picturesque streets of the coastal towns of Italy and Greece, Spain and France. I would like to be transported to this sunny, colorful world and enjoy the summer landscapes, relaxing in a sun lounger or walking along the embankment, inhaling the aroma of blooming magnolias and the sea breeze.
