Marcia Baldwin about myself:
My name is Marcia Baldwin and I am a professional artist.
I love large formats and bright colors. My true passion is color and design theories and how compositions can play a role in the emotional experience of the viewer.
Art has always been my passion. I knew from a very young age that art would have a strong impact on my life and in order to know more about art I had to learn, and I still strive to learn something new every day.
During many years of work in art, I managed to work as an advertising designer, and as an art teacher, and as an art consultant, and as a photographer in many other niches, until I finally opened an art studio for purely fine arts.
Most of all I love oil painting. I love animals and flowers, and in general nature. I believe that God has given me the talent to share with people my vision of the beauty of the world through paint and canvas.
I live in a very beautiful place, on the shore of a lake, surrounded by huge tall pines and majestic oaks. Our nature is very generous. Foxes are playing and frolicking on my front lawn. Squirrels and birds fly from one tree to another. Wildflowers and flowering trees create a blanket of beauty. It is truly happiness to live surrounded by such beauty and tranquility. I hope that I get all my passion for art and for the beauty of nature to reflect in my paintings.
