Studying art at the University of Texas and with a special passion for wildlife, Bo Newell became an animal painter, began to explore and develop his own approach to depicting the wildlife and landscapes of Africa. The artist travels extensively throughout the country, studies the behavior of animals in their native environment, and continues to paint this beautiful continent and its inhabitants for over 30 years. His latest creations reflect the surreal style of painting to the painting, adding a new dimension.
