Phillips Exeter Academy Library, USA.
And although this library is not public, but educational at the Exeter Academy, no one will forbid visiting it, especially since there is something to see in it. Designed by Luis Kahn, the library is an excellent example of modernism crossed with constructivism: a regular-shaped cube is divided into floors with an atrium in the center. Moreover, the floors hang over the spacious main hall, separated by only concrete circles, through which endless rows of book shelves can be seen.
