The sand cat, or sand cat, or sand cat lives in arid regions (deserts, mountainous areas) in the middle of the Eastern region of Eurasia, including the Sahara and the Arabian Desert.
It is a small cat with short legs. The head is large, the muzzle is wide, with large yellowish eyes, on the sides of the head there are large ears without tufts. The low placement of the ears has an obvious benefit: it protects the ears from the sand that is constantly blown up by the wind. The fur is thick, soft and dense. Their feet are downy to protect the soft pads from the hot sand. Their claws are not the sharpest, since there is practically nowhere to sharpen them in the desert.
