Sach is an original Bulgarian earthenware pan, especially typical for the southern and southeastern regions of Bulgaria. Dishes cooked on it are also called. You can cook meat, vegetables and even some desserts on sachet. They are cooked in the oven, on the stove, and over an open fire.
Classic sach is made from pork with onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggplants and peppers. But you can add whatever you like.
