The Ostrobramskaya Icon of the Mother of God (lit. Aušros Vartų Dievo Motina, Polish Matka Boska Ostrobramska, Belarusian Maci Bozha Vastrabramskaya) is located at the city gates of Vilnius (Ostroi Brama) and is revered by both Catholics and Orthodox. It is considered one of the main Christian shrines of Vilnius and Lithuania.
Numerous traditions and legends are associated with the icon and the miracles it performs.
