Rogue Squadron is an elite rebel X-wing fighter unit formed by Commander Narra, Luke Skywalker and Wedge Antilles after the Battle of Yavin from the remnants of Red Squadron.
Rogue Squadron played a key role in many of the battles in the Galactic Civil War, guarding the High Command of the Alliance. She participated in the Battle of Hoth, and then, after being reorganized into Red Squadron, in the Battle of Endor. Following the death of the first Emperor, the Rogues served the New Republic and the Galactic Alliance during many conflicts, including the Liberation of Coruscant, the hunt for Ysanne Isard, the Yuuzhan Vong War, and the Second Galactic Civil War.
