Vicente Romero Redondo is a Spanish painter born in Madrid in 1956. He owes his oil painting technique to an academic background, although he has studied pastels more, which he finds more direct, more spontaneous, and, as he quotes, provides an opportunity for "an unrivaled delicacy." He has lived on the Costa Brava since 1987, choosing a bright and quiet location in the Mediterranean for his studio, creativity and inspiration.
