Bridge Ladies' whim, Kislovodsk

The Ladies Caprice Bridge is one of the most sophisticated structures of the health resort park in Kislovodsk. The history of its creation is directly related to the name of this fragile-looking bridge, which is located in the very center of the park, not far from the Rodnik sanatorium.

The appearance of this bridge, thrown across the fast babbling river Olkhovka, owes the park to one of the ladies who had a rest in it, who flatly refused to wade the river and her gentleman had to carry the lady in his arms. Then he promised her to build a bridge on this place.

The bridge is an openwork structure, where many couples now stop to admire the rapid flow of the river, heading to the stone grotto, which is the most romantic place in the park.
