Alexander Sigov is a St. Petersburg artist whose name is known far beyond the borders of Russia. There is some secret in his painting, magic, it bewitches. Few people write so scrupulously, so captivatingly subtle, and of course few people use the patterned texture of the canvas he created in such an original way.
