- The creators wanted Flynn Ryder to be the most beautiful Disney character. On one occasion, they even brought women from all over the studio to a meeting on the topic "Awesome Man." They brought a selection of photographs of handsome men there - they collected them from the Internet, from books, women's wallets, etc. The ladies explained very accurately what they like and what they don't.
- When American actor Zachary Levy auditioned for the role of Flynn Ryder, he read the text with a British accent. When approved, the filmmakers were asked to voice Flynn in their usual voice.
