Taco (Spanish taco; usually in the plural - tacos) is a traditional dish of Mexican cuisine. The taco consists of a corn or wheat tortilla with a variety of fillings - beef, pork, chicken, seafood, chorizo, refried beans, vegetables, and Mexican cactus stew.
