Park Sanssouci is located in Potsdam (near Berlin). This is the summer residence of Frederick II (1740-1786), where, far from official life, he wanted to spend time in a calm atmosphere, indulging in his favorite pursuits. The name "Sanssouci" means "no worries". The Sanssouci Historical Park with an area of 290 hectares and a total length of park paths of 70 km is the largest in the territory of the Brandenburg Mark.
