The simplest recipe available to everyone. It has a very tasty dough, and strawberries, if desired, can be replaced with any other berries or fruits. In summer it is very tasty with apricots or peaches, and there is also a popular winter recipe with canned pineapples.
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 180 gr. sugar, 150 gr. flour, 30 gr. ground almonds, 150 gr. whipping cream 33%, 400 gr. strawberries, 1 tsp. starch.
Preparation:
1. Wash and dry the strawberries.
2. Lubricate the baking dish well with soft butter and sprinkle with sugar - so the strawberries are saturated with the butter-sugar mixture and will be very tasty.
3. Cut the tails of the strawberries and cut them into 3 mm thick slices. Put them in a mold (shape 23-25cm) so that the most beautiful pieces lie on the bottom, and the second and third layers can be any. Sprinkle the berries with starch through a sieve.
4. For dough, beat eggs with sugar.
5. Now sift the flour and add flour and almonds to the dough, mix.
6. Whisk in the cream. For this dough, you need to choose fat cream, 30% or more, but you can add them in different ways - either whipped or just liquid. In both cases, the cake will rise and be fluffy and tasty.
7. Add them to the dough. Stir. Pour the dough over the berries.
8. Bake at 180C for 45 minutes. Leave the finished pie in the oven for 5-10 minutes, then remove.
9. Turn onto wire rack or plate.
10. The cupcake is ready. You can eat the pie both warm and cold, it is good with whipped cream, sour cream or just with a cup of tea.
