Igor Vyacheslavovich Buzin was born in 1958. in Smolensk. In 1977-1981. studied at the Oryol Art School, in 1983-1990. at the Moscow State Institute of Art. V. Surikov from teachers V.G. Tsyplakov, V.N. Zabelin, S.N. Andriyaki.
Since 1988 participates in All-Union, republican, regional and international
exhibitions. Since 1991 member of the Union of Artists of Russia. His works are in private collections and museums in more than 20 countries.
