Amarië

Amarië (q. Amarië) is an elf from the Vanyar, the beloved of Finrod Felagund. She did not follow Finrod to Middle-earth, and Finrod, while continuing to love her, never married while in exile. The Song of Leithian states that Finrod was allowed to return to life in Valinor shortly after his death, and “now lives with Amarië,” which apparently implies that after Finrod's return, they entered into a marriage alliance.
