View of the hall from the throne dais. The Throne Room is without doubt the most impressive interior hall of the castle. In it, the king wanted to sing the grace of God. It is a two-tiered hall with long rows of columns, decorated with imitation of porphyry and lapis lazuli. Particularly beautiful in this room is the mosaic floor by Deton from Vienna. A celestial sphere with images of animals and plants is visible on its surface. The columns of the lower and upper parts of the throne room are made of reconstituted marble. The lower part of the columns is purple, the upper part is made of artificial lapis lazuli. The Throne Room ends with a semicircle of a gilded apse. Under the shining blue sky of the dome sits Christ, surrounded by Mary and John, and below are the saint kings: Casimir, Stephen, Heinrich, Ferdinand, Edward and Louis, executed by the hand of Wilhelm Hausschild. On the right and on the left, next to the marble staircase, are depicted 12 apostles - carriers of God's will. A precious candelabrum in the shape of a Byzantine crown made of gilded copper weighs 18 centners and holds 96 candles
