A hut on chicken legs

I read the signs in amazement. There were three of them. On the left collar, a solid blue sign with silver letters glittered with thick glass:

On the top of the right gate hung a rusty tin sign:

St. Lukomorye, no. 13, N.K. Gorynych,

and under it was a piece of plywood with the inscription at random in ink:

THE CAT DOESN'T WORK
