The white mushroom is the king of the autumn forest. Porcini mushroom dishes are not only tasty and nutritious. It has now been proven that they contain anticancer substances and improve cardiac activity. In medieval Europe and in Russia, porcini mushrooms were used to treat frostbite, heart pain and general weakness.
Any white mushroom is not like another, each of them is very beautiful - a real work of art. Whichever porcini mushroom you find, you will always recognize it by its undoubtedly "regal bearing". With all his proud appearance, strong stable leg, he clearly shows who is the boss here.
