Milk - 0.5 l
Chicken egg - 4 pcs.
Wheat flour - 225 g
Sugar - 1 tbsp. the spoon
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet (10 g)
Warm water - 0.5 cups
Knock down eggs with milk. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Beat. Add flour a little bit, whisking all the time with a mixer or whisk until liquid sour cream without lumps. Cover the dough with a towel and let stand for 30 minutes. Then pour 0.5 cups of warm water into the dough, mix well. The dough is ready. You can bake pancakes.
