Dorothy Hinds-Dougherty, an American breeder of Siamese cats, once briefly relaxed her control over her pets. The kittens born were amazingly good. The sweetest omen were charming snow-white shoes on the front legs and the same boots on the back. Soon, a firm decision was made to breed a new breed, for which the Siamese were purposefully crossed with spotted shorthair cats. By 1980, the new breed had its own standard.
The color can have two varieties: seal-point (the color of baked milk) and blue-point (bluish-white tint), huge clear cornflower blue eyes, and it is not easy to resist the beauty of these cats.
The character of animals to match their appearance is angelic. Snow Shoe combine the intelligence and dedication of a dog and the grace of a cat.
Affectionate and talkative creatures. Snow Shu cats are not afraid of water at all, but on the contrary, they will gladly accompany you in taking water procedures.
