Mix 200 gr. any cheese grated on a coarse grater, 4 tbsp. tablespoons flour, 2 eggs, 1/3 tsp. baking powder. After mixing the resulting mixture, dilute it with kefir to the state of thick sour cream. You can sprinkle with herbs. Fry in small portions in vegetable oil. Bon Appetit!
