The Livadia architectural and park complex is one of the outstanding monuments of architectural and park art. Surrounded by an amazing park, terraced down the slopes of the Mogabi hill to the sea.

The palace project belongs to the Yalta architect, academician Nikolai Petrovich Krasnov. The palace, created in 1910-1911, still attracts travelers from different parts of the world. The palace, erected in the style of the Italian Renaissance by the hard work of talented and skilled builders, is rightfully considered the most picturesque building in the vicinity of Yalta. Each of the palace facades has its own unique look. The heart of the palace is the picturesque Italian courtyard with roses and evergreens planted in it.
