Harry Anderson (1906 - 1996) - American artist and painter. He loved to draw since childhood and all his life dreamed of becoming a professional artist. He received an excellent education at the School of Arts in New York. Here he discovered the talent of a painting master. During the Great Depression, he, like other artists, experienced great difficulties, since there was absolutely no work, but he managed to overcome the desire to quit painting and soon began to collaborate as an illustrator with various well-known publishing houses. In 1940 he married one of his models. He is the owner of many prestigious awards and prizes. He worked and did not leave his favorite profession of an artist until the very last day.
