To prepare the dish, you will need: 300-400 grams of chicken fillet, 1 chicken egg, about ½ cup of shelled walnuts, 2 cloves of garlic, a little vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, spices to taste.
Chop the peeled walnuts. The most convenient way to do this is in a blender. If you don't have a blender, you can chop up the kernels with a sharp knife, and then crush the resulting pieces with a spoon.
Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with napkins or paper towels. Cut into portions and beat a little on both sides. Rub with a chopped garlic clove, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a mixture of spices to taste.
Beat the egg with a fork or whisk in a deep bowl. Heat the vegetable oil vigorously in a skillet, fry the garlic clove in it until brownish, then carefully remove the garlic. Dip each fillet portion in the beaten egg mixture, roll in hazelnut breading and fry in a pan on both sides until golden brownish crust appears.
