Backgammon game

Giulio Rosati was born in Rome in 1858. He wrote mainly in a genre manner using costume scenes from the 18th century. Studied at the Roman Academy. He was also one of the representatives of a group of 19th century Orientalist artists. His name was known among the British and Americans, who acquired the artist's work as a memory of colonial life and travels in the Middle East, which were very popular at the time.
He died in 1917 in Rome.
