Sakura Card Catcher

The plot of the cartoon "Sakura the Card Catcher" tells us about how Sakura Kinomoto, who is ten years old, randomly finds a magic book of cards. To help Sakura, the good wizard Kerberos gives a magic staff that Sakura can use to find all the cards. After some time, in the cartoon "Sakura the Card Catcher" we see a new character, it is Li Xiaolang, who is flying from Hong Kong. Later, it turns out that he also has magical powers that can be used to find cards. But one thing is not clear, which side is he on? Will he help Sakura?
