Choosing a bouquet

Henry Victor Lesur, French artist. Born in Roubaix on April 28, 1863 and received his formal training at the Francois Flameng atelier. During the 1880s and 1890s, Leser exhibited many paintings at the Paris Salon. It is interesting to note that most of the works he showed were portraits, whereas most of the works we see today are pretty women and handsome men dressed in 18th century costumes.
