Vegetables and meat are foods that have been included in the diet of people since ancient times. And although nutritionists and culinary specialists argue a lot today about their benefits and harms, they, as before, remain indispensable on our table. The main thing is to cook them well! This aromatic ginger-flavored dish with mushrooms, soy sauce and garlic is a must try.
Ingredients:
- 600 gr. beef pulp
- 300 gr. champignons
- red bell pepper 1 pc.
- a jar of marines. green peas
- green beans 250 gr.
- 1 onion head
- celery 2 stalks
- ground ginger 2 tsp.
- a clove of garlic
- soy sauce 3 tbsp. l-and
- olive oil or any other
Cooking method:
1. Cut the meat into 1.5x3 cubes (approx). Mix separately the soy sauce, finely chopped or minced garlic, ginger. In the resulting mixture, marinate the meat while the vegetables are cooking and roasting. You can marinate for 4-5 hours, it will be even juicier.
2. Peel the peppers and mushrooms, cut into strips (noodles). Fry, stirring occasionally, over medium heat until tender.
3. Chop celery and onion, fry them. First, onions until golden brown, then add celery, and after 5 minutes add beans. Keep everything on fire for another 2-3 minutes, then remove and chill slightly. Mix with mushrooms and pepper.
4. Our meat is marinated. Dip it in hot oil and fry, stirring constantly, over high heat for several minutes. Season with salt to taste 3 minutes before cooking.
Place the meat in the middle of a small flat plate, surround with stir-fried vegetables and serve.
