After all, this is "Pride" and a mortal sin.
Where vanity went beyond
Where someone has lost their self-control
And he transferred himself alone, at once, to "kings" -
This pride gets used to the role.
She moves you, inspires you,
You walk without seeing the ground below you,
But that doesn't bother you at all
She took all the power over you.
Loss of friends, resentment of relatives -
This does not make you sad at all
You stopped even thinking about them,
And it beats them, it hurts their souls.
Rotten through and through, blackening in soul,
Following the call, surrendering to Pride,
You cannot find peace in this world
And "there" you will not find it at all.
