Taming

Born January 8, 1941 in Lima, Peru, Boris Vallejo is an American artist working primarily in the genres of fantasy and eroticism. His works include book covers, music albums, movie posters and fantasy-themed calendars. The main themes of his paintings are fantasy plots where heroes fight monsters, often male and female characters are naked and have pronounced muscles, holding swords and other weapons in their hands.
