Shiva statue in Karnataka

In the city of Murudeshwar there is a very large sculpture of Shiva. Its height is comparable to the height of a 14-storey building - 37 meters. The sculpture was erected on the territory of the temple, which is considered the gathering center for all pilgrims. Hindus come to this place to worship their supreme deity. But not only the giant statue attracts tourists here.
This place simply amazes with such a huge variety of different sculptures. At the entrance, visitors are greeted by two life-sized stone elephants. Further, a gorgeous park is spread out, which is simply buried in an abundance of plants. And on the coast of the Arabian Sea there is already a majestic statue of Shiva sitting in the lotus position. Inside the sculpture is a wax museum, which tells the visitor about the creation of the world according to the Hindu version.
