Haitao Su is a character designer, cartoonist and illustrator who has worked both as a freelancer and in many different studios. His clients include both individuals and companies, as well as major publishing houses associated with the visual arts in China. He is the author of the character "Doudou", which became the official mascot of the 1996 Asian Winter Games. He founded the first illustration and comics magazine in China, Fantasy, which continues to promote the development of the Chinese cg industry to this day. Haitao now lives and works in Harbin, northern China, working with clients from all over the world.
