As soon as a person learned about the existence of white tigers, he immediately enveloped them in a halo of mystery. They were feared and worshiped. Those white tigers that managed to survive are now in zoos. Their genus descends from a common ancestor of the Bengal male. The story is that in May 1951, one gentleman went hunting, on which he was lucky enough to meet a tiger den, in which there were four tiger cubs of normal color and one completely white. The ruler ordered to kill ordinary tiger cubs, and take the one with an unusual color to the palace. The white tiger, named Mohan, spent 12 years in the palace. All this time, the tiger admired those around him with its beauty and nobility and, being proud of his ward, the ruler did not abandon the thought of getting offspring from this tiger. And now a noticeably grown tiger was brought together with a red tigress. However, the birth of cubs was only disappointing. But soon, among the red fluffy lumps, completely white was revealed when Mohan was crossed with one of his daughters. Not much time passed, and the palace was literally flooded with white tigers, in connection with which it was decided to sell them. Despite such a rapid appearance of white tigers, they were recognized by the government of India as the property of the nation. Soon, these tigers were sold outside the country. They could be seen in the national parks of America, Great Britain, in Bristol Park, etc. Everyone admired these predatory cats. India is a country where most of the snow-white tigers live, which is not surprising, because Mohan himself is their ancestor, originally from those places.
