Caesar mushroom

Caesar mushroom (Latin Amanita caesarea) is an edible mushroom of the Amanitaceae family. It bears fruit in deciduous forests and produces large, initially globular or ovoid mushrooms, which are enclosed in a white veil that gradually breaks to reveal an orange-red, orange or yellow-orange hat (7-23 cm in diameter) with yellowish or yellow gills. Leg (8-15 x 2-3 cm.) Yellowish or yellow with a white or light gray body and ring. Edible: excellent, edible species.
