The gentle trills of the lark will calm you down, bring a lot of joy, and it is advised to listen to the singing of the blackbird in case of severe headache.
Also, problems with the cardiovascular system are helped by songs of nightingales, bluethroats, songbirds, buntings, warblers and finches.
But what about the sparrows? It turns out, and their trills are useful - they are good to listen to when anxiety and stress - they are very calming. "
