Chateau Clement-Pichon is a historic landmark in the Bordeaux region. For several centuries, the castle belonged to the Pichon family. Some members of this family have played an important role in the history of France. More than once Louis XVI visited this castle and hunted in the forests of the estate with Bernard Pichon. In 1970, the last of the Pishons Durant died without leaving heirs. In 1976, the castle was bought by Clement Fayat who embodied all his love for winemaking in the Château Clement-Pichon. The present owner, Luc Tenevin, continues the wine tradition of this castle.
