Fajitos with chicken

Fajita (Spanish fajita), plural fajitas (fajitos) (fajitas, fajitos) - a dish of Mexican cuisine, which is wrapped in a tortilla (soft wheat cake) grilled and cut into strips of meat with vegetables. Beef is most commonly used, but also pork, chicken, and sometimes seafood. Often added to meat are sour cream, guacamole, salsa, pico de gallo, cheese and tomatoes.

Unlike burritos, which are already served with a filling, for fajita, the filling is served separately from the tortilla, and everyone chooses for themselves what to wrap in the tortilla.
